A Tender London Dream
evening haven very nice care superb location
The hotel is pure elegance. The location near Kensington Gardens proves superb, because tourist buses stop just outside. Breakfast is a treat, I enjoyed it very much. The bar became my evening haven. The staff shows an very nice care.
The lift moved a bit slow. It was only a minor issue, I admit.

The hotel faces Kensington Palace Gardens, I noticed. Many restaurants and bars surround the area. Connections to various places are convenient. It is a prime spot.

Breakfast included yellowest egg yolks. The best cocktail bar in the area, for sure. Angelo remembered my preferred drink. It awaited me in my room on arrival. That felt very special.

The hotel has bottled waters and a doggie towel, I saw. A basket and toy awaited my dog. The doorman cleans nameplates with a toothbrush, it's true. Attention to detail is amazing.

My room featured unique design. It also presented luxurious comfort. Hyde Park looked directly outside my window. That view helped me to relax after busy days.

Staff members are sincerely helpful. They prove friendly with any requests. The receptionist impressed me with wit. The cleaning team faced no trouble, I noted with gratitude.

Acceptable stay with some notable issues
faulty toilet claustrophobic bar
The building features beautiful traditional furniture.
The room I occupied had issues. The toilet cistern constantly ran, reported but not effectively fixed, causing disturbance. The bar felt claustrophobic. It was small, lacked windows, and was like a cave. I will not be returning.

wonderful stay!
great location really good service delicious cheesecake
The location was amazing. the staff really were very good . i especially loved the attentiveness from everyone. the food was also delicious. That cheesecake is a must! the breakfast was great too, such a wonderful way to start my day.
the spa felt a bit worn. i had to call reception to turn on the sauna. it wasn't the most inviting space.

The beautiful studio included a very comfortable bed. the room had unique artwork behind the bed! i enjoyed the lighting. It added a special touch and it was very cozy and beautiful.
